Cuvo Documentation
Welcome to the Cuvo documentation. Here you’ll find everything you need to get started and make the most of real-time conversation coaching on every platform.
What is Cuvo?
Cuvo is an AI conversation companion that listens silently to your conversations and delivers real-time coaching cues — the right words at exactly the right moment. It runs on macOS, iPhone, and iPad.
On macOS, Cuvo lives in your menu bar. During calls on Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, or any app, it floats a coaching panel on screen with cues that help you navigate the conversation.
On iPhone and iPad, Cuvo shows coaching cues right in the app — and on iOS, cues appear on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so you never miss a beat.
How it works
- Listens — Cuvo transcribes your conversation in real time, entirely on-device using Apple’s speech recognition. Your audio never leaves your device.
- Understands — AI processes the full conversation context, your goals, and any reference material you’ve provided.
- Cues — Every few moments, Cuvo delivers a coaching cue — a suggestion, talking point, or reminder tailored to the live conversation.
